We offer a service that is dedicated to providing exactly the right tour for you, incorporating all the features that will be of interest to your group. Every tour is carefully prepared by us and entirely tailor-made to your own specifications.
We will arrange your flights, hotels, airport transfers (in the UK and abroad), excursions, visits and guides. If you wish, we can also deal with all gratuities and book lunches, tickets, Masses and lecturers. We can even provide a tour escort if you prefer not to lead the group yourself.
Planning Your Group’s Pilgrimage
Come to us with your idea, or ask us for our touring ideas in the area you want to visit. Throughout the process of planning, arranging and operating each tour to meet your specific requirements, we are always happy to offer advice and recommendations, but the final choice is yours. We aim to provide you with an itinerary that accurately reflects your wishes and those of your group and to ensure complete satisfaction for everyone travelling.
Once the tour is planned in outline we will quote an estimated price, subject to availability—we do not need firm dates at this stage. When you have accepted this quote, in principle and without obligation, we will book the hotels and flights on an option basis, and make you a firm offer for your chosen dates. On your acceptance of this offer, we will confirm all arrangements with suppliers and bookings can commence; it is usually only at this point that we require deposits.
Promoting Your Pilgrimage
Our service includes more than just arranging and operating your tour; effective promotion is a further key feature. To help ensure you achieve the group size you want, we produce colour leaflets for each tour, giving full details of the itinerary, hotels, inclusions, price, travel insurance and everything else your group members need to know. If you wish, we can provide supporting material in the form of hotel and destination brochures. Should you decide to arrange a special event to promote your pilgrimage, often we can take part and help you achieve the best possible results.
